Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, social-savvy individual who understands what it takes to work with creators to develop compelling digital content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team that includes social media, search, design and development professionals to assist our clients with leveraging influencer content to increase their reach and generate sales.


The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; is a self-starter and is a highly skilled communicator who is passionate about influencer & digital marketing, brand-building, and business growth.

We are a remote workplace, meaning the successful candidate will work from the comfort of their home on an ongoing basis. The ideal person is motivated by results, is self-directed and is committed to continuous improvement. We have regular virtual and in-person team events to build a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork and fun. We therefore have a preference for team members to be located in Ontario, ideally near Toronto and its surrounding areas.

As a Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will conduct research and manage all communication with talent and outreach.

  • Building our Influencer Marketing team’s core network of Influencers
  • Scaling Reshift Media’s influencer program on TikTok and Instagram, leading partner relationships
  • Develop influencer plans, strategies and timelines
  • Source and identify the best partners for respective influencer programs
  • Establish, maintain and nurture relationships with influencers and negotiate pricing, terms of contract and other project-specific details, guiding them through their collaboration with Reshift Media
  • Build monthly and program-specific KPI reports that highlight engagement, reach and costs, highlighting strategic insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date on media and social trends to suggest creative ideas to remain current and relevant
  • Work closely with the social media advertising team to coordinate influencer content for our clients
  • Take responsibility and accountability for assigning campaigns, influencer communication and deadlines


  • 1-year experience with influencer marketing or other digital, partnership-based marketing
  • Strong understanding of Canada’s changing influencer landscape, and a passion for staying up to date on industry trends
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Outgoing, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Have a can-do attitude and willing to learn and teach others
