Digital Marketing Sales Rep

Toronto / remote

Reshift Media is an award winning, high-energy digital marketing agency that incorporates leading design, engaging content, best-in-class technology and a unique perspective into everything we do. We are headquartered in downtown Toronto, and we work with more than 200 brands in 20 countries on a wide variety of search, social and development projects.

We are seeking a dedicated digital marketing sales professional to join our growing company. You will report directly to one of the co-founders to help grow our customer base, primarily in Canada and the U.S., through a combination of smart calling, networking, email campaigns and inbound leads.

We are a remote workplace, meaning the successful candidate will work from the comfort of their home on an ongoing basis. We have regular virtual and in-person team meetings and events to build a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork and fun. We therefore have a preference for team members to be located in Ontario, ideally near Toronto and its surrounding areas.

We are looking for an individual with the drive and ambition to succeed!

Who we’re looking for:

  • A sales professional with 1-3 years of digital marketing sales experience with a demonstrated proficiency in new business development
  • Experienced B2B hunter with digital marketing sales experience
  • Strong email marketing skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • No fear approach to new business development through smart calling and networking
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
  • Experience in digital marketing solutions such as SEO, SEM and social media
  • Experience in using LinkedIn sales navigator
  • Experience in retail, franchising and/or tech sales an asset

More about this role:

  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls and manage sales cycles to close new business
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on our services and present digital marketing solutions
  • Experience with using a CRM tool to manage sales leads
  • Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort
  • Attend industry events (occasional evenings, weekends, out of town) for networking and new business development
