You and a guest could win a one-day pass to this ultimate girls’ day out, which takes place Oct. 19-21 at Toronto’s Metro Convention Centre (222 Bremner Blvd. – south building).

The National Women’s Show is celebrating 10 years of fashion, food and fun with its most exciting weekend to date! Tons of incredible deals and finds can be had while stopping by the 450 exhibits, plus amazing special guests and features.

Contest Terms and Conditions:

  1. Contest Terms: Contest commences at 12:00:00 p.m. E.S.T. Tuesday, October 16, 2012 and closes at 12:00:00 p.m. E.S.T. Thursday, October 18, 2012.
  2. Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years age or older by the contest closing date and be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees of Hain Celestial Canada and Reshift Media Inc. and their immediate families are NOT eligible to participate in this contest.
  3. Entry: Required entry information includes correct and valid last name, first name, home address, email address. One entry per person allowed.
  4. Prize: The prize will consist of two 1-day passes for the National Women’s Show located in Toronto, Ontario at the Metro Convention Centre, running October 19 – 21, 2012. No warranty is provided on this prize. No requests for refund or substitution of any type are allowed. Prize will be shipped to winner’s home address. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  5. Prize Draw: A random drawing will be conducted on Thursday, October 18, 2012 by Reshift Media Inc., whose decisions are final. Each entrant selected as a winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winners will be notified by email. Hain Celestial Canada and Reshift Media Inc. are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses or mailing addresses that are not correct. If a winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours after the first attempt to contact such winner, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the original winner’s place. Winners will be required to answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, to be awarded the prize.
  6. Redemption: Hain celestial Canada will ship the prize via ground mail to the appropriate winner’s home address as provided when first entering the contest. Prizes cannot be sent to any other address. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Hain Celestial and Reshift Media Inc. are not responsible for a lost or damaged prize and in the case where the prize is lost or damaged it will not be replaced.
  7. Conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Reshift Media Inc., Hain Celestial and its subsidiary Yves Veggie Cuisine may use the winner’s name, member ID, and picture for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.   8. Other: In the event of a dispute, all entries received will be considered to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address as on record at the time of contest ending. The “authorized account holder” is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A winner may be requested to provide Hain Celestial Canada and Reshift Media Inc. with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry along with proof of personal identification.
  9. Contest Disclaimer: Hain Celestial Canada and Reshift Media Inc. reserves the right to make revisions to, cancel or suspend this contest for any reason including but not limited to a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Hain Celestial Canada and Reshift Media Inc. which affects the administration or security of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Hain Celestial Canada and Reshift Media Inc. will aim to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
