He is also the Incoming Board of Directors Chair for the Canadian Franchise Association, and talked about what he hopes to achieve in this new role and the future of the CFA.

Ryan Picklyk is a proud Winnipegger who now makes his home in Vancouver, British Columbia where he has been a member of A&W’s development team for the last 15 years. As Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Franchising, Ryan leads a team focused on continuing A&W’s growth across the country. Ryan has always had a passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their business, and that is what he enjoys most about his work with A&W. It is also why he is a proud member of the Canadian Franchise Association’s board of directors and will act as the board’s Chair for the upcoming term. Ryan believes growing together is the only way to achieve success.
