About Andrew Mitchell

Andrew has been advising Franchise brands on marketing and marketing technology for over 15 years. He started his marketing career in advertising where as a copywriter, later moving into creative director and management roles. He reached the highest levels during his 20-year in the industry career winning two Cannes Gold Lions, before starting the marketing software company Brand Machine in 2012 to develop a self-service local marketing portal technology for franchise brands.

Brand Machine built an impressive portfolio of franchise and other multi-location businesses and was acquired in 2022 by UK communications group teamITG. Brand Machine was subsequently re-branded Storyteq.
